1 Analysis
Our sales area manager analyses the possibility to proceed with the collaboration with a potential franchisee taking in consideration the main aspects, such as location, exclusivity, investments and estimated budget.

2 Project
Our studio of consultants will take care of the project of the new shop, using the most up to date systems CADD, design carefully the plan in 2D and the project in 3D in each single detail, giving the opportunity to better evaluate the lay-out of the future shop furniture, the positioning of the products and the lights.

3 Approval
Once all documents are ready, a meeting will be arranged in order to discuss the project before proceeding to the executive phase.

4 Contract
A contract, that rules the partner's business relationship, will be drafted.

5 Simulation
Our design studio will realise a collection of multimedia products, 3D animations and rendering that, will allow to evaluate the efficacy of the following aspects: shop interiors, window display, materials, lights system and signboard.

6 Collection
Considering the shop dimension, the location, the layout, La Porcellana Bianca arrange beforehand the products collection to be included in the new shop, that will be submitted to the franchisee for approval.

7 Training
The person who will be the sales assistant in the shop, will be trained in order to run the new shop in a correct way, will receive all the information regarding the products, the display criteria, the product-supplies and reorders.

8 Setting-up
The new shop will be prepared for the official opening with our visual merchandiser: at this step the first and the correct directions are given to the new franchisee as training too, this is a very important moment.
